I met Sue Miller, the owner of BirchRun Hills Farm at the organic farm market held a the Piazza at Schmidts brewery in the brewerytown section of Philadelphia on Saturday, 4/24/10. I sampled four of their cheeses and as a dedicated foodie, I can highly recommend all of their products. The raw milk cheeses were all exquisitely flavored and quite unique.

My wife and I took home nicely affordable pieces of their FAT BOY cheese and another called EQUINOX. We had a wonderfully European lunch with these cheeses, some artisan bread and a great bottle of Lalande de Pomerol.

Sue also informed me that she will be offering her wares at the new Farmers market to begin in early May in my hometown of Media, PA.
