Fast forward, it's 2010 now, how much were the West Elm bed frame in 2004? Everybody is saying that it's cheap. I think their beds are pretty pricey. I'm so in love with the Chocolate Wood Cutout and the low bed frame. After reading the reviews though I don't know if I want to get it or not. I also wanted to get the cutout dresser and had saw and ad on craigslist for one., we went out to check it but the dresser drawer when pulling them out hits eachother.. Yes.. flimsy. But the bed too?

We have had our Ikea bed for 5 years now and still holds strong like the day we bought it.. and Ikea is suppose to be cheap!
