Hey! What did Washington ever do to you? Sounds like someone needs some coffee...

This is what we are planning to do in our new apartment! The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment and doesn't have a window that looks outside. It's slightly weird but for some odd reason there is a bench and a window seat that looks out into the mudroom instead. So we are planning on putting up shelves and tons of plants along the window in the mudroom so that it looks like a forest from the bedroom. And that way guests wont be able to see into our room when they walk by.

I think registering for a housewarming is a little tacky. But in their situation I think it makes sense. Especially since it's what their friends are requesting them to do.

Everyone just needs to keep a "wish list" on amazon.com. You can add things from non-amazon sites as well. And then if someone really wants to get you something for a birthday, Christmas, housewarming or whatever, they can look you up and buy you something. If everyone just did that it would avoid the whole awkwardness and greediness of having to tell people where you're registered. But then you wouldn't get a bunch of crappy gifts.

These are all great but my favorite laundry product is Kookaburra! They are a family run company based out of Colorado and they have some awesome all natural cleaning products. We use both both of their laundry products to wash everything! One is made with tea tree oil and lanolin and other is tea tree oil and lavender and they make your clothes feel and smell soooo good! We've turned all our friends on to Kookaburra.

This is great! I'm going to do this!
