Awesome home, I want to buy it! Can you provide a better link to the mls listing? Sending me to the realtor's website is frustrating. I live in Austin and I have no idea where to search or what to search on to find it. Thanks! Also, for better usability and SEO, never make "Click here" or just "here" a hyperlink. The link should be a meaningful call to action such as "View real estate listing" or something to that effect. :-D

Best Online Sources for Fabric 2013 Apartment Therapy's Annual Guide

Here is a link to the Jasper sofa I mentioned above. I forgot to say that the cushions are in perfect shape, no issues at all. We have had it professionally cleaned one time, and I have just spot cleaned it and vacuumed it. The fabric I have is the Desmond Charcoal 100% polyester micro suede. - It is heavy duty, plush suede fabric that is absolutely amazing! Some of their other couches may come stocked in this fabric. A great value for the money in my opinion.

Picking The Perfect Couch: A Timeline of Couches That Didn't Last

I have the Jasper sofa from Room and Board in a charcoal ultra suede. This couch is AWESOME! I've had it for 6 years and it still the looks new. The ultrasuede fabric is amazing - I can spot clean it and it doesn't show any wear or stains. It repels everything. My dog lays on it, but there is no hair - the dark color may not be for you and your cats, but I would highly recommend this couch and/or fabric. It doesn't appear that it comes stocked in the ultra suede anymore, but maybe you can have it custom upholstered.

Thank you so much y'all! Most of the furniture is from Room and Board, including the bed and the yummy cherry chair. They no longer carry the chair - but it is stamped with A. Sibau, an italian furniture company I believe. I would love to have another one. My hubby and I were in Amsterdam and walked into a cafe filled with the chairs which we thought was totally awesome! I found some on 1stdibs recently - but they are not easy to get your hands on anymore. The paint colors are Pittsburgh Paints Ocean Dream and Prophetic Sea.

It's great - well done! I love the pillows on the couch. And, the glass balls - is that a light fixture? Where did you get it?

I just had to comment - I LOVE this room! Great job! The combination of colors and patterns is genius. I especially love the quilt - did you have it made? Please give us details on the fabrics used. Great job!

So, I have an oval Stokke crib. Can anyone help me sew a sheet for the oval shaped mattress? I can't find help with this anywhere!

Here is one I found on Babiesrus - it's not bad and it's $399.

The Dwell Studio Mercer glider at Target is a more modern take on the wood glider (although I couldn't find it on their website anymore). Target has some other options, so does Walmart. Check ebay and Craigslist for used options too - you might find something vintage that is fabulous. The Eames rocker is $479 at Room and Board, although not the most comfortable looking, it is stylish!

I have the Monte Luca and I LOVE IT. It was a big splurge item, but I have rocked my son to sleep in it every night and for every nap since he was born 13 months ago. It is really comfortable and since it's stylish, I can use it in other rooms in my house later. Good luck!

I voted not because it is too expensive and ugly! To do the conversions, you have to buy 2 conversion kits at $300 each in addition to the initial $1500 price tag. The Stokke Sleepi is a way better deal (over $500 cheaper for the crib) and better looking too. It can be converted to a toddler bed (with no additional kit), a junior bed (for $159 and can be used until age 7), and then it can be split and made into 2 chairs (all you need is the chair cushions). It is amazing! Obviously, I have the Sleepi crib and love it! However, I will admit it is still at a high price point for some people for a crib, but it can be used for many years.
