That's interesting about Goya - are you sure it's vegetarian? I would be skeptical of ingredients like "natural flavours". I think granite is nice, since it's fairly durable and keeps it's look for a long time. It's definitely over done and I find it hilarious when I'm watching house hunters and the hunter always comments on whether the kitchen has granite or not... as if it's a must have.
