You also need to make sure that your mixture is completely chilled before pouring into the frozen bowl. And it helps to have the mixer turned on before you add the ice cream mixture to ensure it does not stick to the sides of the frozen bowl. Help! Why Doesn't My KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Work?
