The beds look amazing repainted and I absolutely love the fabric! I would have loved this at 14. Good job!

I make it with a crock pot and it is SO easy and yummy. And no thermometer monitoring. So I would never buy a yogurt maker! Plus, I make 1/2 gallon at a time in the crockpot!

I disagree with the swaddling comment! My now 2.5-year-old still sleeps with his A+A blankets every night. Yes, he likes to have at least 2 in bed with him. :) He weighed 10 lbs 7 oz at birth, and he was a super wiggly baby, but we were able to swaddle him with these for months!

This is so cute. Love the colors--but seriously, how long do they stay like this? I've thought about doing this, buy I don't love the idea of resorting books over and over.

I can't vote! Don't know why. But I must know: do you ever sleep? I want to move my boys to a shared room, but I am afraid they would keep each other awake.

I love this! I'm trying to think of a way to make it into a play house for cars... like a car repair/car wash, etc. Because I have two boys who love, love toys with wheels.

I was wondering the same thing. Could something like this be primed and then spray painted? Does it have to be sanded. I have a kid-size rocking chair that I'm wanting to refinish.

I tried calling some autobody places and they said they don't do this--I called an ironworks and they said it would be $300-$500! Any other suggestions? Thanks for all the ideas so far!

We had a four-year-old party in our home a few weeks ago. Basically, I planned about 6 activities for a party that lasted 1.5 hours. I think the key is to provide lots of organized activities to avoid the craziness that could ensue. Ours went well!

I agree with those who have said get a second crib! The sleep you will gain is well worth the cost of an inexpensive crib. We didn't buy a second crib because our son was 2 when his brother was born. We didn't sleep much for a year. I am not exaggerating. We were always up with one or the other, but our boys have never been great sleepers, especially the older one. Now that they're both sleeping better I often wonder how I survived that year.

I agree! Clothes. I hate keeping track. We have two boys two years and three weeks apart, and I am grateful that we can re-use, but then I never can find what I'm looking for and the younger child's dresser is a jumble of different sizes.
