I agree wish most of everything posted. Your design aesthetic is wonderful. The crisp, clean colors really make your apartment look big. I keep going back to your floor plan and seeing if the folks who thing you should move the chair are correct. I don't see any other way, with the current configuration, how you could do it.

You could reverse the layout though, and have the TV on the opposite wall (but I know that's not what you wanted)

Anyway, I love it. I want you to design my storage.
