I think the mirror is an excellent match--in both size and shape--to your bed frame; it looks like the mirror is a subtracted shape in its arc, and the frames are of similar scale. You could maybe add a plant or some element with some height in the far corner, to help give that some balance, but there's really nothing wrong enough with this space to fret over. I love all the light and the little window niches on the inside of the home. The outside would be more appealing to me if it wasn't quite so white and trailer-esque. The outside construction really could've harmonized a little better with its surroundingsâin materials, if nothing else. Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | Living Room House |

It has a Zen quality to it. I like most everything I've seen, even the art choices are nice - love the moth. Apartment Therapy San Francisco | The Tao of DowMetropolitan Home: May 2008 |

I love to luxuriate in a bath and green is my favorite color; that said, this is hideous. It looks like a crazed teacup that you'd have to be double-jointed (and blind) to enjoy. Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | Hot or Not? Karim Rashid-Organik Tub |

I like the monochromatic brown scheme; it comes across as a nice city-dwelling male's space to me. It isn't the height of design, but it's tastefully done and it looks livable. Apartment Therapy San Francisco | Blogging the SF Chronicle: Imbuing a Bachelor Pad With a Touch of Class |

My favorite is the grill pan - it would come in handy for grilled cheese sandwiches and bratwurst. Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Holiday Gift Bag 2007: Win a Le Creuset 6-Piece Set in Caribbean |

I'd keep the pillows for myself - they'd be nice on my sofa. The bag/notebook combo would be donated to a local women's crisis center. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Gift Bag 2007: Amy Butler Collection |

My thoughts, if I may be so presumptuous: Your space could be improved by using the darker shade of green for the overall wall color - the light green is too small of a contrast. You need more height variation in the room - maybe a tall plant (a palm?) in the far corner. Space permitting, those bookcases might look nice if they were painted black and stacked, or by removing one of them altogether. A glass coffee table would keep the area in front of the sofa open feeling, but would be better than looking at the unfiltered expanse of a rug.
