Hi! This is the owner writing. THANK YOU for all of your nice comments :) It makes our day! Our school year just re-started two days ago, so it's a nice pick me during an intense heat wave up to read your kind words.

Your feedback is also appreciated- you are right... the apartment is probably too girly. Mike never complains, but I should definitely hold back on the flower-y prints. The TV, however, is his and not a battle... we aren't big tv people :)

The rocking chair is Eames and the pegboard is from Home Depot with some paint.

The yellow print is a Carzou (my mom's from back in the day... I think it's a print from a museum). The other two prints are from a calendar that is printed on cardstock that I got at a yardsale.

The hutch is from Crate and Barrel.

Thanks everyone for voting! The pouf is from the Moroccan store in the Chelsea Piers. Also, John Derian sells them. You can get them affordably on E-Bay, but I'm not sure that they stuff them... it seems like that would be hard to do by myself. Officially, the hippo is the little statue in the first picture, and the rhino is the wall hanging in the dining area. Right? Don't I have a hippo AND a rhino in my apartment? :-)

Hi guys :-) The upholstered fabric on the ottoman and dining chairs that is double layered which is why it has different tones. I'll get back to you about the wall color... I think it's Benjamin Moore "Icing on the Cake". Thank you for voting!
