Architecturally, this house is stunning. Clean lines shooting up and over you, interesting views to peek from, along with beautiful furniture bringing the contemporary mod all together. I would just d i e to work on a space like yours. As a color consultant, I believe that color supports architecture and a lot of amazing things could be done to those white-white walls.

I just came across your post and if I were you, I'd check out the Dwelling Palettes, created by Color in Space Inc.

This tool gives you the hat of a designer, in which you are guaranteed that all the colors in your space not only look good, but FEEL amazing!
Stainless steel appliances always go over well, and when the time comes to selling your home, the appliances will sell themselves.
While you do have beautiful cabinets, painting or re-staining them would be your best options. Again, as a designer, I'd check out a Dwelling Palette from Color in Space and from there, you will be able to determine what colors would work best in your kitchen, leading you on to making decisions about the colors of other finishes for a cohesive, harmonious atmosphere.

Bringing the wall color up onto the ceiling will really help bring this space together. Also, changing out the light fixture, new coutertops, and a new floor are things to consider.
What is behind the wall with the Ikea shelves? If it is communal space, consider knocking that wall down to the height of the cabinets/countertop to open up the space. From there, you could install a pot rack to hang. If you want to paint the cabinets, I'd start out with the CABANA and ESTATE Dwelling Palettes and begin making decisions from there. These colors will not only help determine paint colors, they will also help you decide tiles for the backspash, the countertop, and the floor!

What a great wallpaper pick! I like the team you've created, just not sure if they are all complementing each other the best in the space. With that said, my editing advice would be this: Find a taller table top with stools for seating. I think that would help give the room some air, as well as including a sparkly chandelier with a ceiling rim for activity overhead. You've got great picks for a dining room set and those pieces could work really well in other spaces too!
Adding a rug or changing the flooring would definitely help this space come together!
Also mentioned above was painting the trim and I second that. The white gives so much contrast that when I look at the photo, I am immediately drawn to the white trim, other than bringing my focus immediately to the gorgeous wallpaper.
Some interesting art installation and flowers on the table could really add more character as well.
