I don't love this like I've loved his other work that has been featured in magazines. I am more than a little turned off by the size of the home (for a family of four), but I think the design is also far less impressive than his other work.

Saute minced garlic and red pepper flakes in 1/2 c. olive oil. Add 2 cans tuna packed in olive oil and a little salt. Remove from heat. Boil and drain pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water. Add a bunch of baby spinach or arugula. Add the tuna mixture. The heat will wilt the greans. Delish!

After seeing how I decorated our home for Christmas, my husband proclaimed that no one would ever know that we are Wal-Mart haters.

Our tree actually looks pretty good. It's a 4' silver tinsel tree with a lot of tiny ornaments. Our wreath, however, is really cheesy. It's one of these things that's made of a lot of loops of metallic red ribbon. I found it at Big Lots for 10 bucks.

Perfection. Everything about it: the floor, furnishings, those bathrooms (!), the new kitchen, colors, yard, FLOR Toy Poodle (same as mine), all of it is divine. Love the kettle bells, too.

An owl? I'll have to pay more attention. I've always thought that the Frost Bank tower looks like a nose hair trimmer.

I would use it in lieu of an iron. I have a family of 5 in a very small house in Austin. Taking an ironing board out and keeping the kids away from it is no easy task.

In the teeny tiny TV corner of our living room. There is only room for a small loveseat, but a soft rug in front of it would give the 3 kids somewhere soft to chill and watch.

I like the look of a subway, perhaps a little larger than usual, then a glass penny round, octagon, or 1-inch on the floor. The glass tiles are such beautiful and modern colors that you could add a little bit of edge there.
