My boyfriend is a huge gamer and I am a huge reader. I played a little when I was younger (mostly Nintendo). Now, I really enjoy watching him play (especially Uncharted II) and I own a Nintendo DS. Owning a DS is fantastic - I have America's Test Kitchen (which rocks), brain puzzle games, and am thinking about picking up a crossword game. As far as price, now there's gamefly (like netflix for games) and you can even sell back games you've beaten, so the price really isn't that bad when you take that into consideration. I don't have a land line in my apartment, and I miss it. I hate talking on my cellphone most of the time, it's an awkward shape, and if I ever lose it somewhere in the apartment- I'm screwed.
