Lurking from the loneliness of my minimalism,
I hope to be invited in,
the joy of choosing where to sit,
where to cozy up with a pot of tea,
to receive attention from the dog,
have a conversation with the host,
and,
wondering,
if she will invite me in,
again. . .

(I will call the above a 'poem' dedicated to this lovely place.)

I am a minimalist and all light/natural kind of person and I do adore this room.
It is something, to put together a room with colour and various objects and attract a minimalist.

Lovely Colours.
Lovely bed.

'Pretty', plenty too.
Is she really cooking?
It reminds of something out of a 1950s catalog about how to be a good housewife and enjoy life while using the cooker the correct way.

Busy, tired, lived in, too many things.
In need of tiding up and cohesive organization.

Life is too short.
I accept and go.
Every moment has to be experienced.

I have food, wine, soft chairs, antique dining table and a great view.

I just have no friends.

I live alone.
I have no close family.
No pets or plants.

I will not exist without my media.

On the other hand,

Sofa too big.
No need for TV in front of it.
Looks as if students live here.

(I just expected more from how they describe themselves and their style.)

1. I love small spaces and I adore all house tours of small places.
2. I like this place.
3. There is so much beauty in this place.
3. The open shelves and clever storage ideas are not that clever to me if it looks like it has potential to create clutter and collect dust.
4. There are possibilities for creating more comfortable area for dining and even entertaining.
5. Too much brown and not enough white.
6. Don't hate me Lauren.

Are the blue suitcases full of things? Or just empty?

This is what I do when I am packing, I make lists, and take photos. I love organizing and grouping items until I find absolute perfect collection for a trip, which combines practicality and answers all my clothing needs.

Although, I care for my privacy, so I would not want my private clothing items to be displayed in this manner.

Okay, I just read a few messages about medical issues, my heart goes out to you. Difficult stuff to deal with.

We will just serve martinis in the garden.
Problem solved.

Many people say they can not take their shoes off because their feet smell. Why? If you wash and wear clean socks everyday, such a problem should not exist.

I see we are divided on this subject. I remain firm on the side of 'No Shoes Inside'.

When you arrive at my home, take your shoes off, put them on the left and pick up a pair of sandals of your choice from the basket on your right,
put them on and then walk in.

No martinis for shoe people!
