I love to make strawberry rhubarb jam. It's fabulous during the cold winter months when you are missing the fresh fruit harvest. I made some and posted it on my blog and it's really wonderful. Beyond Pie: 5 Ways to Bake With Rhubarb |

I always keep my lemons in the fridge. I usually cut them up and put them in a container for easy lemon water. During the hot months, I cut them up and freeze them. It's like a lemon ice cube! So refreshing and last forever. You can also do it with orange slices. Yummy! One Easy Tip to Keep Your Lemons Fresh For a Month |

I love having dinner parties, but living in New York our space is also limited. I found this awesome folding table at Target that fits perfectly in my closet. When I have friends over for dinner, I pull it out, throw a cute table cloth on it, and presto--instant dining room. Then when everyone leaves, it's back to the closet. I also have the same issue in my apartment. Do you have a spare closet you can turn into a home office? This way you could close the door and leave the office in the closet. If you are like me and don't have that option, I find it best to not only keep the office area clean like pier723 said, but keeping the bedroom neat is important as well (ie: making the bed every morning, putting clothes away, etc.) Also, when creating your office space think up, to allow yourself plenty of paper storage so at the end of the day you can clean up your space neatly.
