Beautiful, l love the dining area and those lamps. The sofa and wall are just too closely matched in color. A mirror with a print border would probably give the visual separation I think you wanted. Is the Brown Accent Wall Too Dark? Good Questions |

Austere comes to mind. Do they actually live here or is this just a crash pad for rich and famous friends who need a bed for 1 night. This apartment comes across as very impersonal. It's just not an attractive place. It's like a twisted and confused shabby chic. Gwyneth Paltrow's Pastel Penthouse Curbed | Apartment Therapy New York |

OK, since some of you have a problem with the alleged flaming, here is my take. IMO this is absolutely hideous. It's questionable choice. It was probably not this persons best idea. Those little stickers will eventually trap dirt around them and even under them, no matter how much the bathroom is cleaned. Friends don't let friends drive drunk and we shouldn't let friends design when they are just bad at it. When people start using acronyms to describe your bathroom, like OMG, WTF etc.. maybe one should rethink the idea. I guess we know who won't be the next design star on HGTV. I lived in the suburbs for 43 years. I finally moved to Washington DC 2 years ago and I love it. I love the energy of it and my small 525 sf pre-world war II apartment. I still own my old Chevy Malibu and it runs great, but I love the fact that I can literally walk 5 minutes around the corner to Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, several banks, Murrays, Popeyes, KFC, Gas, Library, Cleaners, barber shop, pizza, clothing stores, etc. In the burbs I had to drive everywhere and for clothes shopping, I had to drive more than an hour away at 65 mph minimum speed. Trees and Birds? come on both of these were stolen from nature. Please folks don't paint a picture of nature and cry fowl when that same picture is copied with a few changes. I've actually seen hand stencil walls that are very similar; and let's be frank, any 3rd or 4th graded has probably produced the same picture in art class. I just don't believe this is an original piece of man, nature yes, but not man. Designed or Deceived? | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

You think with a 1000 sq ft there would be some place other than the living room to store the bike. Where are the pictures for the rest of the rooms. Small Cool 2010: Marcela's Cozy Collections International Division # 21 | Apartment Therapy DC |

Generally, I'm not a fan of pink but you know how to work it. I love the iridescent pink chair and the coffee table. The chocolate brown sofa is definitely my style. The lighting is a bit too whimsy for my taste but it definitely works here. All in all good job. Small Cool 2010: Kevin's Eclectic Assortment Little Division # 30 | Apartment Therapy DC |

I actually love the gray sofa and wall, however the rug is not doing it for me. Even tho it's dominant color is redish in tone, it's a muted red and it seems there is too many muted colors together. Maybe a bold piece of art work on the wall. The floors are drop dead gorgeous. Overall, It's a nice looking place; however, looking at the pictures, the place seems a bit dark even in the bedroom where the walls are a lighter color. Hmmm, the coffee table height doesn't make much since here. It's a distraction from the TV viewing area along with the picture hung above the TV. I like the Ikea console doors just the way you installed them. I like the bathroom most of all the rooms.
