I, like many others, still cook for 2, 3, 4 when cooking just for myself. If the husband is out of town, I might just go get some take out, or I might make something he doesn't like very much or doesn't appreciate, then I savor it with some nice wine or champagne and enjoy. I pull store-bought dough from the fridge the night before I need it-- I plop it into a very lightly oiled bowl, cover tightly with cling wrap, and stash the whole thing in a dark cool cabinet until the next day when I get home from work. The dough expands to three times its size, and it's way easier to work with. I punch out the bubbles quickly, cover loosely, and let it rest in the dark cabinet while I prep the other pizza toppings and pre-heat the oven. Then I roll it out on a floured counter (from the center, turning a quarter turn each time), then transfer it to my cooking surface. Perfect dough every time this way, and there is practically no headache or prep. It takes legit 1 minute to dump the dough and stash it the night before. How Can I Get My Pizza Dough to Stretch? You can definitely machine wash most down comforters, but use cold water and throw tennis balls and several dryer sheets in the dryer with the comforter. Machine dry it partially, then let it air dry the rest of the way. Otherwise, yes, damp warm feathers smell not unlike wet warm dog. How To Spot Clean A Down Comforter? Good Questions |

Palm Oil aside, I remember hearing these two young women on NPR and I was so impressed by their smarts and dedication, and at the same time how they still sounded like little girls. It was refreshing to hear, in an age where many tweens would rather be texting, sexting, and whatnot and dressing more provocatively than my 25 yr old self.
