i like the salon style method of hanging. i've been bandying about that idea for a wall in my living room for a while...i might just try it out now. love all the color.

my little house is 730 sq. ft, pretty tiny for a stand alone home, but it has two bedrooms, is laid out well and perfectly suited to me. besides, having over 10,000 sq. feet of yard for gardening and an irrigation ditch lining the back make it all worth it.

i have to agree with the comments about finding it difficult to find what's needed. while i think the concept adorable and would love to have my books look like this, with hundreds upon hundreds (if not close to a thousand) books that i need pretty much constant access too, my visual memory only goes so far!

i use two delonghi's, one for the bathroom and one for the bedroom. i used the delonghi HR715 retro convection heater for the bathroom and the TRR0715 Retro Oil-Filled Radiator for the bedroom. both work great for the spaces their in. i wouldn't recommend the convection heater for the bedroom but in a small bathroom, it's great (and nice and skinny). the oil filled one is great for cold days. both also have a nice aesthetic that fits in well with my house.
