I wonder why my comment on Monday doesn't appear?--about the (documented) difficulties reading and comprehending non-serif fonts, esp @ smaller sizes, for anyone over 20.....Suggested instead :)
CAMBRIA font : the classic by Bosma, et al.

Surely someone named after a classic font would know that SERIFed fonts have been shown to be easier to read and more comprehensible online. Per Wikipedia: "Cambria is part of the suite of fonts that comes with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac and Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac, specifically designed for on-screen reading and to be aesthetically pleasing when printed at small sizes. It is a transitional serif font...." Wikipedia accessed 1/9/12
re-change recommended please.

LOVAGE - no one seems to know this one, not even my area (gr.Cleveland OH) Penzeys. My senior neighbor grows this flat parsley-cilantro lookalike that has a wonderful celery flavor that holds up even when dried. It adds a subtle flavor to eggs or fish, dishes that might use a celery flavor but not the pieces (sauces), or when you run out of celery but want the flavor (soup, dips)...
plus add me to the cardamom fans (baba ghanough...)
