I have been living in the same building for almost 5 years and have neve had a complaint. recently the neighbor belows us have moved out and new neighbors have moved in. The seemed nice at first and I tried to introduced My family, my wife and 2 kids to meet the neighbors. After the first couple of days after they moved in, I go a call from my landlord complaining that the neighbors have told them that We have having partys thill 4:00AM in the morning. I explained that Me and My Wife work all day and I go to school full time at night. and that the last thing I had time for was a late night party. Not to mention I have 2 young children that I am not about to wake up with any partys.
I don't think much of it I just assumed that these people were hearing people in the next building or something. Untill I was getting call everyday from the land lord. Then in the middle of the day I would hearing somone pounding from downstairs on the ceiling.
Then one night after we got back from my sons birthday party on a saturday at 8:30PM my kids and my nephew are playing video gamings in my oldest sons room and then I hear them slamming on my floor from downstairs. I was angry I ran downstairs and pounded at there door and asked what his problem was. He then stated that my son was jumping off the bed onto the floor. I told him that it was 8:30pm and to bad if he thought anyone was load on a Saturday night and not to ever hit my floor again. I told him if there was really any problem to just come tell me, but early on a weekend.
So a couple nights later it is around 12:30AM Everyone is asleep in the home and then I hear a pounding at my door, It is the crazy man from downstair wherring a riped up Power House Gym shirt with his silver chesthairs pouring out the front. He said Hey your kid was jumping of the bed. I went off on him. I am looking to as them events keep happening
