Who knew that people could find so much to complain about in a women's shelter.

I don't have a problem with the gratitude signage. It's not asking the residents to be grateful to the shelter but rather a reminder that everyday regardless of circumstances is a lesson in gratitude. Seriously people find something else to complain about.

The NY average sale prices are so high because of the 10mil trophy properties in Manhattan. Those always throw off the average- most real estate firms usually report average including and excluding those properties especially when there are a lot on the market at one time.

I can attest to the Seattle prices. I'm in a downtown loft net rent of $1350 per month. Similar places priced at $450-500K- pretty much doubling my rent.

I love your space! Although, I don't really get the flow of the house from the photos. Do you have two living rooms? The art work really works well in the space.
The steep staircase looks a bit scary and I'm not too crazy about the orange bathroom but everything else looks wonderful.

I really hate the grammar police.

Sorry guys for taking so long to respond! But a) I was out of the country when this ran and b) still didn't hit my rader until my friend told me about it.

Ok, to answer a few questions and comments. Yes, the keep calm poster is over used but hey I've had mine for a long time and I LIKE it. I live in pioneer square.
And yes, the bedding is Jonathan Adler, purchased around two years ago. And finally Seattle is starting to grow on me.
