I actually like the white quite a bit.

However, I think a light butter yellow (muted, though (kind of wheat-ey)) would look beautiful.

That, or, dare I say it? A light purple-grey? This is probably one of the few places I've seen where that color could fit in fantastically.

Neutrals aren't always bad. If you're really looking to warm things up (and since blue and turquoise are both ultimately cool colors), the bone or khaki color would look pretty good. It would go with the grout color, and it would really establish the tile (an important architectural/functional element) as the focal point of the room.

ChrisGal, had you read the previous comments, you would have noticed that the toilet paper roll sculpture has been coated in three coats of polyurethane, thus rendering it (at least to a large extent) waterproof. On top of that, the bathroom is complete a with proper ventilation system (which is conveniently installed directly above that condensation creating shower you mentioned).

To the owner of this bathroom, the teak is especially lovely.
