FYI for those of you complaining about the magnetic primer not working...

I painted my kids' room with magnetic primer, and then chalkboard paint. It took forever, because I ending up using two cans of primer on just the bottom half of one wall.

I was a little dismayed at first when I found that the normal magnets still did not stick (I was hoping two cans would do the trick). But then I tried the flat magnets - and they work great!! We've bought all the Melissa and Doug magnets (shapes, letters, numbers, and animals) because they are lightweight wood with flat magnets on the back. My son also collects magnets from different places we travel to, and he is careful to only collect the kind that use flat, thin magnets on the back - NOT the heavier kind.
