Two years ago a friend chief cook, The Pastorale a two stars restaurant in the guide Michelin in Belgium),asked me to develop a kitchen timer, fit for haccp and with a high visibility.Upon till now, some twenty friend cooks accepted the chalenge to utilize the koronos timer in their kitchen.I hope this msg has some added value for those guys who are looking for an accurate kitchen timer.
