I've only eaten boxed mac n'cheese once in my life and never intend to again. Mysterious dry cheese substance gives me the creeps. If you do want to go for pre-prepared, easy to make mac n'cheese, get Trader Joe's frozen box, its almost as good as homemade, but so fast! 4 minutes in the microwave does it. Make or Buy? I'm so glad to get a chance to brag about living in the SF area. For those of you who complain that the only kind of vodka good to drink straight comes from abroad, you haven't had Hangar One vodka. Distilled in Alameda by St. Georges Spirits, it's the best vodka I've ever had. And all the "flavors" they make are infused from real fruit, most of it local!
