Again, how is Murchison-Hume any better ecologically? Although you may not use Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfate, you still rely on Palm oil. Murchison-Hume also claim to be 100% cruelty free... but try telling that to the last of the remaining Orangutans or Sumatran Tigers who's habitat is being stripped away by Palm oil companies to make way for supposedly eco-friendly products. For the eco conscious - although Murchison-Hume claims they are “ecologically friendly” unfortunately this simply isn’t true. Many of the Murchison-Hume products contain PALM OIL. Approximately 85 percent of palm oil is grown in the Indonesia and Malaysia on vast plantations that have severe impacts on the environment (due to deforestation), rural communities (who are being displaced), critically endangered species such as the Orangutan - not to mention the effects to the world's climate. Max – quick question: Why are you claiming your products are “genuinely earth friendly”? Your products contain Palm oil. The environmental impacts of palm oil are undeniable. Forests in South East Asia, home to countless endangered species such as the Orangutan and Sumatran tiger, are felled at an alarming rate to make way for palm oil plantations. I’m not even touching on the effects to the world’s climate. Can you please clarify how exactly Murchison-Hume is earth friendly?? Hot or Not?
