We do the same thing with the tubes but I bet regular yogurt is a better choice. The tube versions, even the better quality ones, have a ton of additives and stabelizers. I would never serve them as yogurt. The Easiest, Simplest Way to Make Frozen Yogurt Popsicles |

Two notes of caution: any pottery or silver serving dishes should be tested for lead before you use them for food service. Lead contamination is wide-spread and levels are high, even for dishes marked "lead free." Do you like Mexican vanilla beans? Because if you haven't tried them before I wouldn't invest heavily in them. Yes, they are cheap as is Mexican vanilla extract but it is a different product and flavor than the beans grown in say, Madagascar.
