@ Rhoswen: to make roasted salsa, I use fresh tomatos or tomatillos using a comal--(IDK if the right english word is skillet?? ) i roast them until they are charred black then put them in a plastic bag to sweat out. THANK GOODNESS i only had a roommate for one quarter during college (except the siblings growing up). i thought my habits would rub off on her--no dice. i onced filled a large garbage bag with all her jack-in -the-box, pizza boxes, and other funky moldy items. Even though Ive been tempted to go from living alone to a roommate and save some dough, my sanity and privacy is worth the extra bucks. Factor #1: work location? driving is a potential nightmare. You do NOT want to drive across town unless you have too. Its just not worth 1.5hr drive each way. I'd give a radius around work location and figure out if its doable for you. #2 schools! if You've got kids, Im assuming thats a huge factor. I've loved netflix ever since i started in 2007, but their splitting and raising costs just caused me to freeze my account, I couldnt quite bring myself to cancel altogether. theyve got criterion collection for christ's sake!!
