Yes, and my landlord loved it so he asked me to pick out paints for his condos he was selling. I asked permission after having told him I was a decorator. If you paint the paneling, I would wash it with TSP and use a really good primer. If you can, use an oil based paint primer and paint, it works so much better on wood although it's a much tougher job. Many latex based paints flake off of wood in a short time and you will be able to peel the paint right off. You can always use a stain too! Good luck! Should We Paint Paneling & Fireplace? Thanks, I love posts like this! I just got a package from my Uncle in Germany of cheese and chocolate from Switzerland and Holland and have been enjoying a Gouda that makes me want to cry, so it's will be nice to have a list when my stash runs out! I would never dare ask someone take their shoes off in my house if I INVITE them to my home for a party. If I throw a party then I expect women to be wearing heels that match their dress.
