How big is that little table in the corner of your living room next to the fireplace (with the 2 chairs)? Was it another CL find? I love it! Kate's High-Functioning Space Small Cool Contest |

I love that little dining room table. I have a tiny space and after seeing your place I am thinking that my 32' square west elm parsons table may be taking up too much prime real estate. Where did you get your table? What are its demensions and how comfortable does it feel to eat there? Gracias! Kate's High-Functioning Space Small Cool Contest |

WOW! I am literally green with envy. I really must start buying lottery tickets. If I could afford that place I would buy it in a nano-second. Can't wait to see what they do with the garden! A Brooklyn Brownstone Renovation by JP Warren Interiors Desire To Inspire |

I've had mine (queen size) for a year and i LOVE it!! I had to partially disassemble it for a move but its still in great shape. It weights a ton - 161 pounds without the mattress or anything inside so make sure you intend to keep it in one place. I have organzied the inside of mine using fresh direct delivery boxes as "drawers". They are the perfect depth and help keeps things neat in there. Its alot of space. I have the longer 7 inch metal legs so that I can still fit stuff under the bed for even more storage space but rarely use it. I like being able to sweep, mop and get the stick vacuum under the bed for cleaning too. Good Questions: Ikea Sultan Alsarp Good or Bad? |

I found my place through Craigslist No fee listings. It took a while, I went to see a lot of apartments but it was worth it. I saved a months rent that would have othewise gone to a broker. Tips, have your information, references, and credit score ready and with you when you go look at apartments that way when you do see something you like you can apply right away. You'll show the landlord that you mean business and might get bumped ahead of other applicants who dont have thier info together. Strategies for Finding a NYC Apartment? Good Questions |

I have a cheapy rice cooker. $14 at target and it has a steamer tray. I LOVE it!!! Make lots of quinoa and beans, steamed acorn squash and kale. I can turn it on in the a.m. before my shower and make myself a hot and healthy lunch to take to work. Rice cooks up perfectly all on its own. Best $14 I ever spent!
