@the polish chick--the cake and the frosting in particular are very sweet, you could definitely experiment with cutting it down. ATClaus--if you do a google search you can find almond powder, it's just finely ground almond that disperses easily in liquid. You could get a similar flavor from using a little bit of almond milk or almond extract! 3 Refreshing Iced Tea Concoctions | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |
