I have always loved the black white checkerboard floors either way...straight OR diagonal. We installed our own recently in our small 10 by 13 kitchen and we went with just the straight layout. It looks great! We get lots of compliments with our white IKEA cabinets, butcherblock counters and professional stainless stove and hood.

The part of all this that I love is the artwork!!!
I have always walked away from a home with dark woodwork as it seems to chop up a space and breaks up the flow.

Most of all I like the artwork created by the bottle caps arranged according to colors. With everyone wanting to show how "green" they are these days, why not decorate in this way?

Wow...great job! I like what you created out of necessity much more than the one you wanted...or thought you did.... from the website online.

I love this store. Makes me want to move back to Los Angeles. (As if the creative energy and sunshine and never ending flowers in bloom all year weren't enough).

The only one I think is interesting is the creamy white....the combination of colors in brown, beige and maroon are really ugly. The turquoise doesn't have enough variation in color tones to be interesting. I would never pay even close to 49.00 a square foot for something like this when there are so many beautiful tiles out there...check out Mosaic Tiles in Rockville Pike (Washington DC) area.

I just ordered 140 sf from a seller on ebay who ships free. I have used this product in several homes (kitchens, baths, mostly) over the last 20 years and still love it as much as ever. It is such a fresh look that can be accented so well with bright lively energetic colors like red, turquoise, yellow.
