Cassis - I did end up going back to the store to ask about if the sofa will get cushier as it wears - and they did say it would - the one in-store is 1-yr old (with many more guests sitting on it)...Maybe I will wait a little while and see what happens - but it is good to know what my options are as far as re-stuffing.
