The dog is NOT shut in the refrigerator ever!

No one would be so cruel as to shut an animal in a small cage, even for few hours!

The fridge is just a shelter for the dog.

To all the people that raised some practical objections:

1. There are stepping stones on the side of the hammock with a raised step clearly visible on the right of the hammock.

2. The hammock itself is clearly made of lattice wood. So light do filter through unless you through a blanket over it and you leave it there the all season.

3. There are such things as ground-covers for shade/half-shade. The left one could be Pachysandra terminalis and the the one in the right Tiarella cordifolia or Heuchera micracantha. There are many more options.

Great small walled garden!

I fell in love with the deep red sofa and I now discovered there is a gorgeous sofa-bed version too.

Radioriot at least you got the period right.
The sofa is actually from 1972!!
I'm still a bit shocked.

And there is a great sofa-bed version too. (°_°)
Now I love it even more!

What a gorgeous book!
I'm in love with "Plants and Their Application To Ornament" now! ^_^

I don't need it and I'm not particularly interested in the Arts and Crafts Movement. Still thanks for this article!

Wild Garlic sounds interesting too!

@Clode
If you have to take vitamin supplements your diet is NOT healthy.

That eating TOO MUCH meat, cheese and milk can cause health problems doesn't means that one should NEVER eat them.
Every thing need to be taken in the right proportions.
Without oxygen we die but too much oxygen kills, without salts we would die and with too much too.
Eat meat once a week and you don't need vitamin supplements, you won't get all the adverse effects and, when everyone would do that, we wouldn't need factory farming anymore.

Your description sounds quite interesting and I didn't know that you could eat it.
I wouldn't have problems to try it out, but I don't quite get one thing. In the article is written, that is not possible to use it for commercial purposes but than states its price. Surely selling is a commercial purpose.
...or am I missing something?

I'm sorry for the people that invested time and money, but I still find verdana and ariel easier to read than azuro. Maybe I'm just used to them....

Just a question: if they are sold "rolled up" like wallpaper they must have an higher proportion of resin than stone in the composition.

Well, then the sentence should have been: "In the US was first produced in 1839".
At least that's what I was taught at school.

@xtinab
Thanks!

When fresh (with that I mean one or two day old and kept around 0° all the time) fresh shrimps taste way, way better! Before freezing the shrimps are briefly boiled in water and they lose much of their juice. That's the reason why they get chewy.

Fresh or Frozen Shrimp? Buy Frozen!

Ups! I overlooked your question.
The answer is no. And I do read all the labels before buying.

Probably is used so much because is much cheaper that say cheese or meat ( I just read this article) and now they are trying to convince us it's healthy.
If I want to have more fiber in my diet I eat more vegetables or more whole-flour bred.

Just buy Italian mozzarella (if you can get it over there) and you get just 100% mozzarella. No cellulose or other additives.
And why someone would want to buy "shredded" mozzarella is beyond my comprehension. It takes possibly 30" work to chop one up.

I read the first sentence of the explanation and I thought:
"First produced in 1839in the United Sates?!"
I thought was produced in Europe and much early. Wiki helped me out. My memory didn't fail me for once. ;o)
Sodium bicarbonate was first produced in 1791 in France.
