I worked in a fabric shop for years and this is the chart we used. I believe there is an extension of the chart as well.

FYI: 27" sq of fabric will cover the seat of any kitchen/dinning room chair. Most decorator fabrics are 54" wide.

This table is great!
My cats have become strictly indoor cats. Last summer I made them a cat grass bed out of a window box planter. They love it! Not only do they enjoy sleeping in and eating the grass, they have stopped chewing on other plants and hair balls seem to be less of a problem.
