My goodness, mortuary style . . . Didn't know that, but when I look at our very active farm's washing and packing area that's now in the barn, complete with a stainless table or two, I get it (hee hee)! When we started our CSA, the kitchen was our packing area, and we went for easy to clean and indestructible (plus an inexpensive apron sink).

But note to anyone thinking about it—you can't stick magnets to the fridge. Something that never occurred to us till we had children. I do wish now that we had a chalkboard door on there. The rest we still love!
