The cabinets under the TV look like from Ikea.
We have three of them in a row in our wide hallway. We use it for storing shoes.

You said cabinets are from Ikea, but I can't find the metal legs anywhere in Ikea catalog. Are they custom made legs?

Bogen (tripod company) has a projector tray for a tripod. I've been using it for several years to place my laptop on it when I'm on a location photo shoot.

I love his work; very colorful and the disjointed subject/objects in his work is mind boggling. I can stand in front of his work and make up thousands of stories.
