Wow, all I can say is, I WISH I read all these comments before buying furniture from Bo Concept! It really has been a nightmare. It's so true how the sales people are nice and give you so much confidence when you are ordering. Ours told us the furniture will be in in 4 weeks, but most likely earlier! Instead it came a month late and that, too, damaged. So, they made a note and one more later, came to redeliver. Then that came imperfect, too! When I complained they said I was being "nit picky" hahaha. I think if you pay for furniture, you kind of expect it to be delivered perfect. haha. If I hit it with something later, then granted its not their problem.
Anyhow, worst experience! No more Bo Concept for me. I really wonder how much longer this company will survive. I feel bad for the franchisers who have to deal with such an incompetent company. Nobody in the store can help you, because really it is out of their hands.
