We have the Moby Dick bed by Flou. I would not wish the 10 month fiasco it took to finally have it at home and assembled on anyone! Beyond all the delivery and assembling problems, the people at the Flou store were incompetent and unconcerned. First stage: pay, wait 18 weeks for delivery. Second stage: wait 2 months for Flou people to locate someone who can assemble it. Lacking any instructions and most of the hardware, we jury-rig it ourselves in the mean time. Third stage: Flou finally locates someone who's seen this bed before, he determines the parts for the hinged storage area are not correct for this model. Stage four: we await the new parts...it's finally assembled. Stage five: we move from our small city apartment to a house in the suburbs, have a beautiful $7000 bed but no need for its storage space any longer.
