I would use it to make my favorite margarita (or is that against the rules).
Equals parts of 1) fresh squeezed lime juice (this is totally key, don't even think about using bottled stuff) 2) good tequila (Patron perhaps) 3) Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Shake vigorously with lots of ice, strain, and serve.
