I scored a 4, and the very colours [greens] where I stubbled to sort the colours were the ones were my colour acuity is lower. Interesting. Take the Test: How Well Do You See Color? |

Love the pattern on the bottom half of the wall. Is this a stencil? How was it created. Graham's "Moroccan Zen" Room |

Definitely the one on the left. I really HATE having stuff all over the place, it makes me feel unorganised. I love the white with the pops aof colour and the art propped against the back. Same Layout, Different Kitchens: Which Do You Prefer? | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

Ordinarily I don't like dark colours as they always feel oppressive to me. But there is something about the first picture. Maybe because the units aren't quite black, or because there is lots of light from the side window, but I'm really drawn to it. It looks great in the daylight, and I bet it would lovely lit up in the evening. Barely There: Minimalist Kitchen Design | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

Truly beautiful photography. I'm intrigued by the Russian breakfast; can't imagine having that first thing in the morning. In What Country Would You Eat This For Breakfast? | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

Thanks Patrick (the other one), I saw that, but I am in the UK. So what I meant was where can I get a metal one HERE. Lots of wooden Globe Wernickes to be had here, but not a metal one. Chicago's Smart Home, Redesigned House Tour | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

I'm also a fan of the barrister bookcase. I'd love to know where I can get one like that. It's probably wildly expensive though. Chicago's Smart Home, Redesigned House Tour | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

Initially I thought some of the comments above were a bit harsh in terms of the boring-ness of the design. But now that I've had a look myself, I tend to agree. I think individual elements are elegant in their simplicity, but it is too restrained, too conscious of sticking to a design brief. It looks like what it is: a show house, not a home. For me, the overall effect is one of sterility. Chicago's Smart Home, Redesigned House Tour | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

I live in the UK. I make a point of getting these from Williams-Sonoma whenever I'm in the USA. I've recently bought some from Crate & Barrel and found no discernible difference. I generally put them in the dish washer, but the microwave is a great idea too. I've had a long running debate with my mum and sister about the use of paper towels, so I was very happy to come across this and the related paper towel-less kitchen articles.
