I have the exact same thing in my house. Except I have two walls of cabinets like this. I've started a collection of green wine bottles that I've removed the labels from. I wiped them down with Goo Gone to remove the label glue but it has also worked to keep dust from sticking to them. I also used it as a place to put up some of my own paintings.
