We currently use this crib for our 20 month old. We used it for the other children too. We of course never use the top, but we do joke about it a lot.

I remember the first "real" novel type book my daughter Georgia read was Sadako. http://www.sadako.org/sadakostory.htm
It was hard and sad because she cried for a long time. But, at the same time that it was hard and sad, it was amazing to watch her, then seven, really "get" the depth of that book and how it dealt with the loss of Sadako. Georgia is now ten and has been asking for The Diary of Anne Frank. We just got it for her.....yikes!! Loss is hard.

There is almost no other mom out there that I want to hear less about than Elizabeth from the View. It is almost to the point that I will quietly do exactly the opposite of what she is doing, saying and or buying.
