Looks so good! Actually, I am a banana fiend, and as I am allergic to peanuts :(, lately I've been eating wheat toast with ALMOND BUTTER (my favorite discovery ever) and bananas at least once a day. Any reason why I couldn't substitute almond butter into this recipe? Should I go for chunky, smooth? Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Bread PuddingRecipes |

Some people have problems with running (asthma, bad knees), have inclement weather, or just plain don't like it much (like me). In a studio apartment, these suggestions are very helpful indeed. Especially the online subscription-i had no idea! Zen at Home: Working Out in a Small Space |

This pretty much my go-to anytime of day meal. Sometimes I add in herbs or put some salsa on top, or in some cases a little cheese. Wrap it up in a buttery tortilla and you really have a winner! Oh avocados make everything wonderful... Yes, Adding Avocado to Scrambled Eggs Is a Very Good Idea |

Kristin, what a breathtaking home you've put together! I love every element. The architecture and they way you've filled the space with personal touches everywhere is just wonderful. Pay no mind to those who would have you conform to their idea of appropriate decoration in YOUR own place. If anyone with such a delicate sensibility ever enters your home and is so incensed, you are free to invite ME to sit in their place at your next dinner party ;) Kristin's Hollywood Home in the Historical Il Borghese House Tour |

The best dessert I've ever eaten was a fresh peach and blueberry cobbler, warm and soft on the inside, crunchy and sweet on the outside, with a big scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and, per my request, a tall glass of milk, from a restaurant in Pasadena CA. I died and went to heaven. What's the Best Dessert You Ever Ate? |

The only time I skip or skimp on a meal is on the weekends, when oftentimes breakfast and lunch are combined. But that's only because I have the luxury of lazying about and eating a gigantic brunch over a long period of time. If I don't eat a decent breakfast, lunch, or dinner during the workweek, I become an absolute disaster and collapse around 8 PM. I have been busy at work before, sure, but I have never forgotten to eat a meal or limited my intake despite a low energy level just because it's supposed to be a small meal. Listening to my body is sometimes tricky, but often pays off. Dinner: The Smallest Meal of the Day? |

It's as if you know of my love affair with sandwiches, which rivals the great Liz Lemon's, and are purposefully taunting me while I'm at work this morning, having chosen the sensible oatmeal and banana breakfast over the brie and baguette sandwich I was actually craving :/ Book Review: The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches: Recipes, History, and Trivia for Everything Between Sliced Bread by Susan Russo |

NomNom and EK! I am with you guys on the quinoa! I have eaten it a few times here and there, but in general I just don't care for it. Not because of taste, but because the texture and transparency sort of weirds me out. It's odd to me because it seems like the type of food that would be right up my alley-but I generally just stick to other delicious grains. Lately I've been super parched all day and night long, so often a juicy fruit is exactly what I crave. A glass of TJ's orange juice really hits the spot as far as thirst and sugar needs. Then there are days (weekends, usually) when absolutely nothing short of an ice cream cone will do the trick. Survey: Do You Eat Dessert with Lunch? |
