Buy the sofa! I have one just like it and love it. i paid $50 for mine. Save some money and get it reupholstered in a navy blue velvet. I did mine in taupe. Check out the Viceroy Santa Monica for a sofa idea from Kelly Werstler. She used that exact sofa in the lobby.

Charlotte I agree with your comments. I was suprise of the feed back. I think this looks like a hot mess. I love polenta, but I would serve in bowls.

Don't pay any attention to the negative comments. I had to go back and look for the target, west elm items..... I have been to vegas and there is no where to buy cool furniture. Your home is beautiful! Great job!

I agree with stacylynnJ. The blog is to inspire! If all you do is look at Walmart, than you will never know when you have stumbled across an amazing piece in a second hand shop.

Also, buying high end goods, does actually makes some people happy. I have a few "expensive" pieces, and I really do love them. It does not make me crave more, and yes I still dumpster dive,shop at Goodwill, and enjoy a good old fashioned yard sale.

I think they are beautiful! I do not have any Hermes boxes myself, but that does not mean that someday I may treat myself to a Kelly bag.
I have LV boxes that I have kept from purse purchases, that are great for storage and maybe a little brown in a room.
If you are trashing this post, you are just jealous. The photos are amazing and it should help you to think "outside of the box". This site is about style and design. Be respectful.
