These are great and so imaginative! I love all of them, the hand shadows are so unique but I think a young child might be afraid of them.

I love all those ideas, and have incorporated some of them into my kitchen remodel. My cabinets are white, there's an open shelf also white, loaded with cookbooks with an iron potrack with vintage cookware. I left the original fake tile floor that is very similar to the one in the photo.
The wall color is very refreshing! The only thing the kitchen needs is a pretty tea towel like this one:

I think adding pillows with some brighter and contrasting colors plus white will lighten up the large bulk of the the blue sofa.
