I would like an older home with lots of history, character, architectural details; of course, updated with insulation & new windows. My paint store recently sold me GripCoat, which is meant for veneers. Not sure if I was supposed to sand, I didn't. Our friends (and downstairs neighbors) recently had a baby. While they were in the hospital, I noticed a few cups on the table. I ended up doing the dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and my husband started vacuuming and our 2-year-old put away toys. An hour later, their house was clean.
