No, that's just stupid. I have an iPod touch and an old cellphone, and deeply regretted not being able to afford an iPhone. But Android looked interesting too, and at least there are budget options there, so my dream of smartphone ownership came true that way. And now I don't even want an iphone anymore; android is so much more customisable and so, after some tweaking, easier to get what I want from than iOS. There are a couple of apps I wouldn't mind having on my phone though (I especially miss reeder), and it is a bit uglier to look at, but if I'd win the lottery now, I'd buy a high-end android phone, no doubt in my mind. I still like my novels in physical form as well; I do flip back and forth a lot, and it's much easier to remember how far into a book you read about something that you want to reread when it's not an ebook! Can Digital and Print Books Live in Harmony? |

Am I the only one who thinks "so what" reading all those "oh no more germs than a toilet seat"-comparisons? Of course there aren't that many germs on a toilet seat, if there are you're either using it wrong (you sit there, don't pee there...) or never cleaning it, or more likely, both...
