This is why The Kitchn readers are awesome -- thanks for all the responses! So far I think the tray is winning in my book, but I'll look more into the pastry wheels and the roller since I didn't consider them much before. Keep those opinions coming. :) What's Better — a Ravioli Stamp, or a Ravioli Tray? Good Questions |

I haven't tried all of the pumpkin ales listed so I'm no expert, but I recently picked up Punk'n Harvest Pumpkin Ale from Uinta Brewing and am really enjoying it (http://www.uintabrewing.com/brews.php -- love all their labels, too!). It's subtly spiced with a hint of pumpkin on the finish. Spooky Brews: 5 Spicy-Sweet Pumpkin Ales for Fall |

Not only does it look delicious (wonderful photography!), but I can add that I sometimes make something similar with avocado and almond milk (more of a smoothie consistency) and it *is* delicious. :) Avocado Breakfast Pudding from Lizzie of Tomboy Style Breakfast with a Blogger |

@Tazer -- Hidden Villa is where I first learned about miner's lettuce a few years ago! My friend worked there and took me on a hike, and it was growing all along the trails. She's the one who told me that it was edible. Seasonal Spotlight: Miner's Lettuce |
