great ideas in all these pics! unfortunately, i have a patio that is screened in with a 5' high wall. no views at all, so sitting out there never seems appetizing. i do have loads of plants out there that i've (miraculously) managed to keep alive for quite some time now. at least i have something beautiful to look out to from my living room. i LOVE the chandelier over the balcony in the second to last picture! i love the last one! the big fireplace reminds me of an old farmhouse, but the sleek floors and surprising choice of furniture bring it up to date. i would maybe look for a more comfortable chair, though. the wire frame doesn't look inviting. beautiful! this space is pretty large. I'd like to see some small spaces from California transformed. It does seem like a lot of posts start out with a wonderful space. Things like high ceilings and light streaming in through the windows can't be modified if you're in a small condo.
